As a solution, we proposed the formation of a food group with a lead parent brand, which would unite the enterprises and allow them to communicate and cross-sell between one another.

Complementary identities were produced for each individual venue, which are strong enough to work alone as well as part of a suite. A website was also created for the group featuring bespoke photography of the unique venues and surrounding landscapes, giving a charming, rustic yet confident feel.

Following the formation of The Old Boat House Food Group, the organisation furthered it’s operations with the opening of Blyth Boathouse Restaurant and Port Heritage centre.

Each sub brand needed to be sympathetic to the dual purpose of Blyth Boathouse. Our solution created a synergy between the modernity of the restaurant and the history of the heritage centre.

A clean, easy to navigate website was designed, further enhanced by the rich imagery of the restaurant environment and the historic and dramatic port Blyth Boathouse resides on.

The Old Bakehouse is an artisan bakery, delicatessen and cookery school. It was essential that the brand conveyed the wide range of different services while still keeping the high end and heritage feel of the other restaurants within the food group.

A set of iconography was created for The Old Bakehouse which further enhanced their offering as craft producers of exceptional standards and quality, giving a sumptuous and welcoming feel. These icons were utilised across their website and other marketing materials.

Chillingham Castle Functions is a new catering company promoting an array of events at Alnwick’s ancient 12th Century landmark, Chillingham Castle. The client required an identity that would appeal across a wide range of audiences while giving a feel for the grand yet rustic feel of the venue and surroundings.

We produced an identity that paid homage to the castle’s rich history and renowned architecture that also complements the modern, artisan culinary experience the function team offer. A photoshoot was also commissioned to further enhance and sell the gothic charms of the castle.
